Welcome to Munshi ("the App"), built by AdCraft Studio. By creating an account or using this App, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before continuing.

1. What Munshi Is

Munshi is a digital ledger tool that lets shopkeepers record customer credit (udhaar) and payments. It is provided as-is, to help you keep track of your own business records.

2. Your Account

• You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into agreements to use this App (i.e. not a minor without guardian consent, per applicable law).
• One Google account corresponds to one Munshi ledger. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Data & Records

• All customer names, phone numbers, and transaction entries you add are your own business records. You are solely responsible for their accuracy.
• Munshi is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor — it does not move money or verify payments. It only stores what you enter.
• You are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding record-keeping, customer data, and communication (including WhatsApp messages sent through the reminder feature).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to store unlawful content, harass individuals, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AdCraft Studio does not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You should keep your own backups of important records where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdCraft Studio is not liable for any business losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the App, including disputes with your customers over recorded balances.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
