Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Munshi (built by AdCraft Studio) collects and how it is used.

1. What We Collect

• Account info: your name, email address, and profile photo from Google Sign-In.
• Shop data you enter: your shop name, customer names, customer phone numbers, and udhaar/payment entries you record.

2. How It's Stored

Your data is stored in a secure Supabase database. Each account can only access its own data — no other user of the App can see your customers or transactions. Data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

3. WhatsApp Reminders

The "Send WhatsApp Reminder" feature opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message using the phone number you entered for that customer. This message is sent from your own WhatsApp account, not by AdCraft Studio, and is not stored by the App.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In — used only for authentication.
• Supabase — used to securely store your ledger data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete an individual customer record within the App, it is kept in a recoverable state for up to 30 days (in case of accidental deletion) before being permanently removed. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted immediately, contact AdCraft Studio and this will be actioned.

6. Children's Privacy

Munshi is intended for business use by shop owners and is not directed at children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
