Munshi is a free digital khata (ledger) app built by AdCraft Studio for shopkeepers, wholesalers, and small business owners across Pakistan who track customer udhaar (credit) and payments. The name "Munshi" comes from the traditional role of a trusted person who kept a shop's accounts — Munshi brings that same role into a simple, modern app.
Most shopkeepers in Pakistan still track udhaar by hand in a paper register. That works, but paper gets lost, torn, or hard to read — and there's no way to quickly check a customer's balance, send a reminder, or keep a backup. Munshi replaces the paper register with something just as simple to use, but safer and faster.
Munshi is made by AdCraft Studio, a design and development studio. Our tagline is simple: we design, you grow. Munshi is our first product built specifically for small business owners.
